Item prices do not include delivery, as we offer the option of picking up many of our bounces. Our delivery fee will include setup for inflatables, tents and dance floors. Tables, Chairs, concessions and games will need to be set up by the responsible party.
Yes, each town has a set delivery fee. Our delivery range is from St Clair to Fort Leonard Wood along I-44, and we will go north or south 1 hr drive from St James.
No. We arrive no later than an hour prior to your event start time to set up, so you get the entire rental time to play.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. We will contact you the week prior to your event to set the delivery time and ensure the setup time works for you.
No. The jump should be clean when you get it. Party Pros LLC cleans and disinfects each unit after every rental.
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. We recommend scouting your location to determine the availability of power to the area you want your inflatable set up. We also rent generators at a reasonable cost.
Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
No Refunds will be given if event is cancelled for any reason within 7 days of the scheduled event date. If the event was paid by credit card, any applicable refund will be less the credit card processing fees. If the event is cancelled within the 7 days prior to the scheduled event date, a raincheck good for one year from the scheduled event date will be issued for the paid amount.
Yes all orders require a 50% deposit to book your event. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 8 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 2-7 days prior to your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.
Most of our standard bounce houses are approximately 15x15x13' high. Our bounce slide combos are approximately 21x15x14' high. They will need a small area around in order to be staked to the ground. You will also need 2-3 feet on one side to allow space for the blower. Please review the site you would like to put the inflatable - it cannot brush up against trees or the inside of the roof, as these may damage the bounce. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us - we have put up bounces in many public locations through the years and have experience with many parks and interiors.
Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least a 4 feet path of access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.
Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation.
If damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. This is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you are the trained operator while the bounce is in your possession.
